I have been teaching the Bible since 1977 in many capacities. I have pastored a church and spent time on the mission field, in Mexico, Belize, and Russia. I am currently an instructor at the Oikos Bible Institute at High Desert Church in Victorville, CA. In addition, I have led dozens of home Bible studies where I encouraged an open forum. What I enjoy most about teaching is interaction with my students and answering questions about the Bible.
I earned my BA in New Testament Literature from Azusa Pacific University. Upon graduating, I joined the USMC. I served three years as a regular Infantry Officer, and ten more as a reservist. Having finished my regular duty time, I enrolled in Talbot Seminary which is the Biola Graduate School of Theology. There I earned a Master’s of Divinity with an emphasis on Koine Greek and Hebrew. I learned Aramaic at a later date.
I addition to my ministries I spent twenty-four years as a school teacher and three as an administrator in the Hesperia Unified School District. Having retired this year, I intend to devote as many days as the Lord will give me to full time ministry to all who are interested in meeting our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and growing in His Word.
I currently reside in Apple Valley, CA with my family. Go to “My Family” and I’ll tell you a little about them.
